Stop repeating anxiety-provoking habits of negative thinking and self-criticism! Learn how your mind and body can be harnessed to provide self-soothing. Develop meditation and mindfulness skills to be calm and manage your emotions and thoughts in healthy ways. 

Presented by psychotherapist and bestselling author Harper West. Harper has been trained by Kristen Neff, PhD, and Christopher Germer, PhD, developers of the Mindful Self-Compassion program and is trained in Compassion-Focused Therapy/Compassionate Mind Training. She was trained in Transcendental Meditation in 1977 and has practiced yoga for 25 years. Harper serves on the board of the North America Compassionate Mind Foundation.
